Philippe Picard

Philippe Picard is a Trademark and Design Attorney at Plasseraud IP. He is involved in the management of trademarks, designs and domain names portfolios. He has spent more than six years at the opposition department of INPI and eleven years in an IP law firm. He is a member of the Professional Qualification Examination Board for trademark and design attorneys. He is an active member of the Trademarks and Geographical Indications and co-chair of the Relationships with Offices subcommittees of the CNCPI. He is also part of professional associations such as APRAM and ECTA (member of the Law Committee). Philippe joined Plasseraud IP in 2018.
