Guylène Kiesel Le Cosquer

Guylène Kiesel Le Cosquer is a Partner and Trademark and Design Attorney at Plasseraud IP. Expert in IP law, she speaks at numerous conferences in France and abroad (IP, Internet, counterfeiting, Designs and Models, marketing, brands etc.). Guylène was elected President of the CNCPI (2018/2019), the first trained Trademark and Design Attorney to occupy this position. She was also a member of the Disciplinary Chamber and the Advisory Council. Passionate about the training of future professionals, she was in charge of the Round Tables for the qualification examination of the Trademark attorneys. She is co-chair of the Unitary Patent (UP) and Unified Patent Court (UPC) committee of the CNCPI and a member of the Unitary Patent (UP) and Unified Patent Court (UPC) committee of the AIPPI. She is also involved in many international professional associations. Guylène joined Plasseraud IP in 1990.
